Hawks Nest

Upon check in we observed the cabin to be filthy! I have never left a Airbnb upon checkin since I have been using Airbnb for the past 7 years. First thing we noticed was hair balls on the entry rug, hair in the bed, pubic hairs in the shower, debris floating in the hot tub, the floors were filthy and crumbs on the table. After sending photos to Chris through the Airbnb app he did call me and offered to send the cleaners back out but after we observed the hot tub to be dirty that did my wife in and we left. Chris did give us our money back but that’s as far as he went. We were still out the reservation insurance I purchased through Airbnb and the money for the resort fee they charge at check in plus the waisted time dealing with this and trying to find another place to stay last minute.
