The best experience you could have. The place was decorated very nice and it was very clean. It is so close to the Ferry and shops and 4x4 beaches! This property is a huge value. You get a whole apt, with kitchen. They all have a private balcony or porch. This place is a gem.

If you're a believer in the old saying that "the beach makes everything better ", then a stay at this family-owned seaside resort would be your best choice. Owner Erik Johansonn lives on the property and was considerate and responsive to all of our creature comfort needs. Our accommodations were super clean and comfortable without that sanitized plushness which makes so many beach resorts feel cold in the hottest weather. I'd give another star if i could.

Great place to stay in the Village of Hatteras. 1min walk to the grocery, 10min bike ride to the beach and Ocracoke ferry. Definitely the perfect place for an OBX getaway. Also when Erik found out we were there for an anniversary getaway, he surprised us with a bottle of sparkling rosé!

This place was absolutely great. Nicely appointed and super clean. Great location, situated close to what we came down for. Rates were reasonable and would definitely recommend it for anyone.
