Stopped at this place and I must say neighborhood didn’t look all that bad and the room..I was very impressed by it but the man behind the glass rubbed me off the wrong way. First off you can’t see who you talking to which is NOT good customer service . Then asked how many people so I said I have three kids & he wanted to see the kids... which was the first I ever heard someone want to see your kids and again I can’t see him behind the dark tinted glass. Didn’t sit well with me. But room was nice, clean, big hd tv... but I don’t like the way he told me no messy rooms... like isn’t a cleaning fee in the prices people pay? Like everyone with kids are messy . 🙄Big turnoff . As if they don’t want to do their job. Need to work on their customer communication skills . So they get 3 stars and tha

Very bad Customer service. <br/>You can’t see the guy behind the glass, he is very rude. The rooms are suppose to be kid friendly but it smells like cigarettes and idk what else. You can’t sleep good because you are all itchy, then on top of that weird people come knocking at your door at all type of hours of the night. Very bad bed bugs! <br/>The blankets and sheets are stained. And they have cockroaches smh <br/>I’ll never go back to this room!!

The housekeeping woman has an incredibly hostile attitude and approach to guests and after having paid for late checkout she entered my room and while I was in the shower demanded that I immediately exit the shower and leave the premises because it was past checkout after showing her the receipt she still continued demanding I leave even though I paid $20 for an extra hour beyond the 10:00 check out time. I wound up checking out at 10:28 so I paid effectively a dollar a minute to not be able to complete my shower I'll never go back there again.

This place would be good if the people that run it weren't so very rude and it didn't have bed bugs. The head boards r very dirty and need to be cleaned. If u r asthmatic don't stay here because they smoke everything fr cigarette to marijuana morning noon and night. The owner knows because he walks the grounds not once did he warn anyone about it. The prostitutes come in and out. On the weekend it's off the chain with noise and all kinds of illegal stuff going on. Do check yr air condition vent because mine was filthy and caused me to cough. House keeping are very nice and clean the rooms daily but the hotel is not what it seems. I wouldn't recommend this place.

When I got here the outside look very decent and thinking it's a nice location and really amazed at how coo the room was with nice 65-70 inch tv with a king size bed that's comfortable. No Lie. But there's one digusting thing that really killed it and was disgusted that there's alot of Cockroaches...
