Stayed the weekend. was a great rate with my players card discount. The room was very nice and clean ,the bathroom had a shower room and jacuzzi tub...very nice. Slots were tons of fun. Won several bonuses played a long time and made some dough!. Definitely a great place to have some fun.

People come and spend thousands a year to have a fun experience and sometimes leave the casino in a bad way, so the hotel should at least make you feel valued when you have leveled up to top tiers. I had a couple of bad experiences here at the hotel with some staff and the upper management but Brandon (the night manager) made everything better. I would hope that the upper level management could learn a few things from him. I hope he gets a chance to advance because this place needs true leadership and this guy should be the example for how to treat a customer.

The first non-smoking room, they gave us clearly someone had been smoking in it. And they tried to cover it up in perfume. The second room they gave us was as bad as the first filthy carpet c***. All over the floor had to go back down. And get the maid to come up. And clean it. It was disgusting. I don't know how they got such a high rating i would have left but it was already late and we were exhausted from driving all day. Not a great start for our vacation.

Decent price. Excellent service. Their staff try there best. Just those statements should explain enough. It's a hotel doing hotel things when you need hotel things. ...with a liquor selection near the front desk. Of course expect to pay a few dollars more than a liquor store. Had a date here with my girlfriend and we had fun.

I love the rooms here! Even if you don't get a suite that has a separate shower & tub, all rooms have a nice tub generally big enough for 2! The beds are comfortable. Some areas of the hotel could use updating, but always have a comfortable stay in a nice clean room!
