Harrah's Cherokee Casino Resort - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Positive: Common areas were clean and accessible. Staff was polite and welcoming. Negative: My hotel room was not the cleanest. The previous guests' leftovers were still in the mini-fridge and there were dead stinkbugs on the bathroom floor. The desk, nightstand and, dresser were sticky.

To clarify, I'm reviewing the casino and not the hotel. Pre covid, and back in the day, this casino was AMAZING. Fast forward to 2026, I'm so dissapointed in what it has become. Gone are the days of decent priced drinks, smoking in the casino, and a great nightclub where you can dance and mingle. Its been replaced with a boring, mediocre Myst bar with terrible bands. The mixed drinks are 10 plus bucks a piece. The slot machines of the past have been replaced with digital, pre programmed machines where you're set up to fail. The casino wasn't fun in the slightest. I won't be back!

We had so much fun. Once you go in, you have no need to go out. The rooms are very nice. Service was great. My only pet peeve is not Cleaning the hairdryer. The casinos were fun. It was very big. The downside is the long drive from the airport to here. Otherwise it’s definitely worth staying here and going to the casinos.

I like the drive to Harras Casino the views are awesome. The hotel is the best around and vary clean. There are a lot of places around to eat and have a drink, while you listen to the music. Is vary relaxing. The Games are every where.You want have any trouble finding something you like to play. You can choose from multiple Slot games. Like Bars and Bells slot machines, your Double Diamond, your Progressive games build up money and pay out at a lot higher, Must hit by games are great you know when it is close to payout, They have a lot of new games out like Franking Stein, The Mummy , Dancing Drums, Buffalo Acension and a lot more slots. Table games are fun too. They have Poker, Blackjack, Rhoellette, Dice and more. This Casino is amazing.

5 stars all around! We had the best experience. The rooms were clean, comfy! The temperate was perfect when we entered the room. Staff was nice. They had a Starbucks and a good selection of food from the Gordon Ramsey “food court”
