Harbor House Inn

Been coming here for years from Michigan. We appreciate the comforts of this hotel and absolutely love the location. But there are a couple things to keep in mind: ac units do NOT have a fan-only mode. So there's no way to drown out the considerable noise from the neighboring bars, restaurants, parking lot or the hallway breakfast nook. And when the ac cycles on, it makes a loud racket that will wake you up every time. There's also no audible fan in the bathroom. Both omissions are surprising for a hotel of this caliber when places like Red Roof Inn has both. Also, don't count on bathrobes. Apparently those are only for rooms with bathtubs despite the room description saying otherwise. That's a nitpick but it's amazing the how much difference an included bathrobe can make for some folks.

This hotel is in the midst of a renovation. The room we stayed in was adorable. Felt like a blend of a high end hotel and a cottage. Little touches like uno and family board games at a family table were cute. I was surprised by how relaxing it was - very laid back. There is a little coffee bar open all day with snacks and drinks. Right in the middle of the village. Really enjoyed our stay! We stayed on the lower floor - fully renovated hallway and rooms.

We loved our stay the the in . The staff were very friendly and the rooms were beautiful. The town is very quiet so we enjoyed our time walking by the water and exploring the town. The owner did a great job renovating the space. There was an assortment of coffee, tea, juices and pastries every day. We would definitely recommend this hotel

Very cute place. Loved our stay. Management was amazing. They are remodeling upstairs for summer and it should be amazing!

We stayed at the Harbor House Inn in December of 2023 and 2024. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The rooms are also super nice and have a spa- like feel. Got the room with a soaking tub and they provided soaps and a fizzy ball. I brought epsom salts too. Bathrobes are provided and a large walk-in shower was awesome. The rooms are very clean and decorated well- feels more like a bed and breakfast- four pillows on each queen size bed and duvets kept was warm and cozy. A large table was perfect for eating and playing provided board games. There was a mini fridge too but down the hall was a mini breakfast bar with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, muffins, bagels, juice boxes, yogurt, cream, sugar, butter and more!
