Happy Traveler Cabins and RV Resort

Only a one night stay in a one room cabin. New, clean, efficiently stocked kitchen with basics. Only thing we wish for was that the refrigerator had a small freezer compartment to refreeze our freezer packs for our cooler tomorrow but only a refigerator section - bummer! Bed was made and ready. Little porch with a place to sit. Bathroom inside as well with towels and dispensers woth body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Wish we were here longer! Easy to check in as first time using VRBO! We were here early March

Absolutely 5 star experience! The RV resort was quiet, safe, and conveniently located. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cabin (106) was well appointed, spotlessly clean, and a great value. Happy Traveler Resort is truly a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here over any nearby hotels.

My husband and I have written several RV books, including RVs and Campers for Dummies. So we’ve been in a lot of RV parks, and when we’ve stayed in a crummy one to save some cash, at least we knew it was crummy. How this place managed to get 4 out of 5 on Google is beyond me - considering how run down it was, the KOA happy-family camping pictures advertising this "resort" are goofy. All I know is that I quite simply didn’t feel safe. Even though it cost us a great deal of money, time and trouble, we did something we’ve never done before - we pulled out of that miserable, tiny back-in space and drove away. Didn’t even ask for our money back, though we probably should have. We just feel grateful we got out. We were NOT going to spend the night there, or leave our trailer (with our dogs in it

I was looking for a room for few days and was extremely impressed. Nice alternative.

Great place to stay. Rented cabin when we came for a Bucs game, only 20-25 minutes to the stadium, it was perfect. Self check in was super easy and communication was excellent. Cabin was very clean and well equipped with everything you need from glasses, dishes and coffee to towels and shampoo/conditioner. Bed and pillows were great too! Highly recommend and will definitely stay again when in the area.
