Happy Days RV Park

Excellent park great manager the best i would say ppl r friendly and the park itself is awesome. The location is perfect everything you need or want is close by but not to close. We love it and the neighbors are great. Its quiet and cozy and the place is perfect and im sure its very hard to get into but if u do u wil be happy that u did. John is the best and everything is clean and well taken care of.

Great affordable place, the people here are low key and lots of activities in the park and area.

I think this will be a great place to park your RV's. It's clean and has a beautiful view of Flatiron Mountain. As far as actually living there, that hasn't happened, yet.

The gentleman in the office acted like it was a bother to have to tell me that they are still full. They are always full. You have to know someone to be accepted in and once in, people never leave.

From the moment I looked around this park with my mom, I loved it. Until I went into the office to inquire about spaces to rent. I walked in, gave the gentleman in there a big smile and a hello, asked him how he was doing and what I received in return was so unpleasant. No smile in return, no response other than a very unfriendly “how can I help you”. My mom was right behind me and she too greeted the gentleman, said hello, how are you doing today, and received the same treatment and response. We figured maybe it was just a bad day and continued on by asking him if there were any spaces to rent. Now, mind you, we had just driven around the park and seen 5-6 completely empty spaces, so we were surprised by the coldness of the “I don’t have any spaces”. Yes, perhaps they were rented o
