Hampton Inn & Suites Weatherford

The service was very friendly upon arrival, and the rooms were clean. I had breakfast the last morning of my stay, and it was great for what is expected out of a hotel breakfast. If I’m ever in the area again, I’ll definitely stay here.

My stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Weatherford was excellent from beginning to end. Katrina made the experience truly stand out—she was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.||The hotel was spotless, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast had plenty of fresh options to start the day right. The location is convenient, parking was easy, and every staff member I interacted with was welcoming and professional.||Thank you, Katrina, for the outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress-free stay in Weatherford.

Upon arrival, I waited a while and then actually searched around for the front desk employee in order to check in after an 11+ hour day of driving. The employee (Robin, I think?) was not welcoming or apologetic. The room was clean and looked nice, but I didn’t have a peaceful night. The bathroom door was a sliding barn-style door and often bumped/rattled when closing. (Why are hotels putting doors that don’t seal on bathrooms anyway?) Sheets and towels were not soft. The AC unit rattled, the wall thermostat clicked loudly, road noise could be heard through the window. Our room door hinges squealed, and the doors to all the rooms shut so loudly that not even earplugs and a sound machine blocked out the noise when a neighbor came or went. Hotel and room were both clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was average with fair selection. Hotel located right next to I-20 so big truck and loud vehicle noise was an issue. Worst problem was the beds which were extremely hard and uncomfortable so we got very little sleep.

I would like to thank all the staff, Robin, Chris and Adam for going above and beyond. Adam made sure we had extra towels stocked in our room. Chris welcomed us with a smile, even though our stay was very short. Robin made sure that our room was cleaned each time we left.
