Always great staff. The lady in the breakfast lounge is Amazing! Tom is great and makes you feel valued! Rooms are always clean, housekeeping is on it! The cookies are great and I highly Recommend! The location is perfect for me as I work All over that area as a sales rep and it’s smack dab in the middle of all my appointments Target across the street close to downtown. The pool is really nice too I do wish the workout room had more options but that’s my only complaint

The room was not clean. I had hair all over the bathroom, like on the door frame and in the shower. There was a lot of water damage to the sheet rock in the bathroom. The shower did not drain.

We were welcomed as soon as the doors opened to the lobby. The property was immaculate and inviting. The rooms were very clean and everything was easily located. The front desk was helpful with eating options. Without a doubt, “Kathy’s Kitchen” as I call it (you call it the breakfast area) was the nicest, cleanest, best run, and personal making of my waffles that we have ever had. Thank you Kathy! Tom, front desk was incredibly helpful with a challenge , that I caused in the first place, and followed through to an unexpected conclusion. Thank you Tom!! These are two individuals that take pride in their work and take ownership of the property. Our son lives in Granbury and we visit often, but we will be back to stay with you again soon. (No grandkids, dogs, just quiet time for old folks

Clean, very nice staff! I was by myself with three little kiddos and they definitely went above and beyond to help me whenever they could. I know some reviews said water pressure was an issue but it definitely was not an issue for us. Breakfast was nice and good also. 👍🏻

Lanissa on night shift front desk was such an angel when we got in super late from the hospital. She extended our checkout time so we coukd get extra sleep! So kind and thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Towels were heavy and good quality. Tom at front desk was so happy and in such a good mood and also thoughtful and assured our stay was perfect. Overall, our stay WAS perfect.
