Hampton Inn & Suites Paso Robles

Good thing we got a deal on the room, because this is one of the worst hotel stay experiences we ever had. Bad customer service, the worst hotel bed I ever slept on, and a sad continental breakfast. I am a low-maintenance traveler with experience in customer service so I generally give the benefit of the doubt and see the positives of an experience, even if it is not perfect. But this hotel still managed to disappoint o almost every respect.| First, if you book through Travelocity, be aware that the 11:00 a.m. check in time listed is false. We arrived at noon to discover that check in is actually not until 3:00 p.m. The front desk staff did not apologize for the mix up at all and still charged a $25.00 late check in fee (I understand they are not responsible for a third party bookers

Have stayed at this Hampton Inn multiple times through the years. It is always consistent with being comfortable, clean and quiet. The front desk staff this visit for three nights was amazing. Cameren in the evening was very pleasant and helpful with our stay. The morning desk person, Connie was also pleasant and very helpful. Both of them should be commended for their work ethic. Great hotel for the Paso Robles area.

The hotel was excellent! The location was convenient, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommended!

Extra good help by staff. We have stayed in over 100 Hamptons Inns and this is one of the nicest Hamptons in which we have stayed. Recently remodeled and they did an outstanding job.

My family did an overnight stay here on our way to northern California and wished we could stay longer. The rooms have the updated Hampton look, were very clean, and smelled clean. Lobby was designed to match the area's motif and looked really nice. You're in the middle of all the wineries in the area pretty much and right by the freeway for easy access, but not noisy in the room. Thanks for the great stay; we'll be coming back in the future for sure.
