Hampton Inn & Suites Middleburg

We had an amazing stay from start to finish! The rooms were spotless, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the hospitality was outstanding. Alex at the front desk during the evening shift went above and beyond—always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. My kids absolutely loved the free breakfast each morning. We will definitely be staying here again!

Rooms and hotel were clean. Pretty good breakfast options (cheese omelet, potatoes, grits, bacon, waffles, oatmeal, various fruits/muffin/bread, yogurt, cereal, juice, coffee, lemon water. There’s a hospital w/ emergency room across the street, and a Walmart right down the street. Various eating places nearby. As far as service, I did the online checkin with digital key and online checkout, so I didn’t really have to interact with staff much, but we were greeted when we passed by the front desk. They also put cookies out in the evening, and it looks like they had grab and go /quick breakfast bags available as well. We stayed 2 nights.

I want to start off with warning At this location, I had a huge issue with the lights flashing at the desk I also had issues with no lotion, and I had to walk down there and pick it up And when I first walked in the room, the purple couch was not pushed in correctly. It was raised up and you can see the bed. And also the king size that the frame was loose.. It was horrible. I mentioned it to the manager that I was going to do a review on that hotel and when I first got there and checked in, it was a nightmare. The only thing that I could say that was decent was the breakfast. They also need to upgrade the carpet. It smelled like mildew. It was not clean good and they should do a lot better because military people are coming through there all the time.

Still fuming about Hilton’s best price guarantee. Within minutes of booking my stay directly on Hilton.com I found a lower rate on Trip Advisor through Booking.com. I called the hotel that night and was promised it wouldn’t be a problem to get it matched. They gave me the info to report it. I did everything told, but yet never got the lower price because it took the employee from the price matching team too long to review. By the time they got around to checking my request the matching room was no longer available. I then sent a screenshot but was told ““Although the screenshot is appreciated, we must be able to verify a qualifying lower rate that is publicly available when we review Booking.com directly.” They also said “In order for us to efficiently assist all guests with responses/i

Positive: Breakfast Negative: Room very dark. Lamp kept blowing bulb. Refrigerattor would only work occasionally.
