Hampton Inn & Suites Mansfield

The overall stay was amazing! Clean and comfortable room, front desk attendant was professional and pleasant. Offered to help us bring our stuff in! Complimentary breakfast was the topper. However, as we enjoyed our breakfast on our departure day, we had noticed that a manager was “training/correcting” another young girl. Well this manager had went through TOUCHING all the food with her bare hands. We witnessed as she approached the trainee and she had never washed her hands or put gloves on. We were glad that we had gotten our breakfast before then. The hotel is a beautiful and well kept establishment. These employees need training in sanitation!

Positive: Had everything I needed for my trip plus the front desk gentleman was very helpful. Negative: Removable shower heads are much better than the fixed one in my room. I imagine that short people can’t reach it.

Overall the hotel and our room were very nice and clean. However, the hotel failed miserably in handling a situation with the loud and vulgar occupants in the room next door to us. Their foul mouths and God knows what activity was going on in that room was so bad we left the hotel at 10:30 PM and drove 4 1/2 hours to our home in Maryland. The manager at the front desk did nothing but recommend going to the hotel next door. I got a zero refund (manager was too worried about being able to re-rent the room at 10:30PM in a booked hotel) and we missed the family event we drove up to that area for. I expected Hampton to do better and should have done better.

I have stayed at this location for the past several weekends. Brian has been an incredible help to me and my loved ones, a long with his colleagues. A huge shout-out to Brian! Keep shining your Brilliance💎 Brian, you got this! Thank you, thank you!

My younger daughter and I are in town to help my older daughter settle into her dorm room at Mansfield University. Perfect location, room and common area are immaculate! It smells fresh and clean without too much perfume or cleaning product smell, which I hate. So quiet. Nice view. We'll be very comfortable while we weather a major winter storm.
