Hampton Inn & Suites MacClenny I-10

Lauren was exceptional. Several groups/families arrived at the same time. Lauren took the time necessary to welcome each group as if they were the most important guests checking in. It was truly awe-inspiring. She was thoughtful with her answers and confirmed with the guest that their questions or concerns were addressed. She even treated those arriving without a reservation with kindness despite all rooms being booked. I've never see her level of service in ANY 5-star hotel.

I stayed in the King Suite at Hampton Inn & Suites Macclenny I-10, and I was genuinely impressed. The room was extremely spacious—honestly felt more like a studio apartment than a hotel room. If I had to stay multiple nights for a business trip, I would 100% choose this location again. Plenty of room to work, relax, and spread out without feeling cramped. Comfortable, clean, and well laid out. Great option if you’re traveling for work or just want extra space during your stay!

Beautiful property. Well kept, service is A-1! Debra Johnson is a kind and compassionate manager. She was vital in assisting a client that needed shelter. Her staff were amazing as well! Thank you Debb and Piper!!! 🌷

Positive: The breakfast had a decent selection. Negative: The front counter called our room at 11:30pm to get a credit card for incidentals since they forgot to ask for one when we checked in. Worst experience ever when you have and entire family with three children sound asleep from a day of driving.

The only reason i have this 2 stars is because the staff was polite and friendly even though they didn’t respond back to our reply to the text they sent us. This was by far, without a doubt, the dirtiest room we’ve ever stayed in and we’re constantly traveling. We were appalled by the amount of hair that was caked in the room. I took photos! After a 16hr driving day, all we wanted to do was sleep. ||Yes, we brought our dog and paid $75 dollars on top of the hotel fee. Was the $75 to sleep in a kennel? That’s what it felt like with the amount of hair in the room. It clearly wasn’t a cleaning fee. They should have paid us to stay there. Our dog has Auburn hair and is a very minimal shredder even when the seasons change. There was long white hair caked all over the floor, hair on the couch,
