Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles/Sherman Oaks

Our stay was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The staff " Sonny Tiongson" made us feel so welcome and taken care of. The hotel had a wonderfully peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, and we enjoyed the lobby. We slept better than we have in months and would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful luxury escape. We thank Sonny for his exemplary service and Hampton inn hotel.

I don’t typically stay at Hampton properties—I usually prefer Hilton, DoubleTree, or occasionally Garden Inn or Embassy Suites. This trip to California was booked last minute, so options were limited, and I decided to give this Hampton a try. I was genuinely blown away by how nice it is. The main lobby is currently under construction, so I can’t really comment on that, but there’s a secondary lobby on the 4th floor just off the elevators that made the experience feel very inviting and comfortable. Despite the construction, the entire property was spotlessly clean, which is impressive. The room appears to have been completely remodeled from top to bottom. The flooring, millwork, bed, bathroom, refrigerator, walls, ceilings, and linens were all in immaculate condition, and the space felt f

I had a wonderful experience at Hampton Inn & Suites! I needed a room for one of my executives who was in town a few days. The service was truly outstanding — the front office staff was welcoming, attentive, and made everything feel easy from check-in to check-out. The location is perfect and made getting around incredibly convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and relaxing. I would absolutely book a stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great hospitality and a fantastic location and meet-up!

Positive: The location and extra safety. Front doors locked at night requiring room key to access building and elevator. Negative: We were there multiple days, and different breakfast options would have been nice.

This is a bit unfair, because the place was under renovation. 1) the elevators were intermittently down and our room was on the third floor. 2) the smoke alarms were going off for over an hour one morning. Test them and get it over with. 3) they literally scoffed when we asked for a late checkout. 4) a few minutes after we checked in, we just got upstairs, they called us to have us move our car because they were tree trimming. Not terrible but maybe could of told us when we checked in 5) room phone jack kept falling out of handset. The good stuff...The room was clean and the staff was mostly friendly. The coffee canisters were fresh and warm. There was a rolled towel inside the shower which was nice.
