Hampton Inn & Suites Lake Wales

Positive: The smooth and easy check in, the cleanliness and the front desk staff and housekeeping were very inviting. Negative: Only issue and it has nothing to do with the service. It’s just that there needs to be some more lighting when parking in the back side of the hotel.

The hotel was very easy to find along US 27. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was very clean, well stocked, and spacious. Service was great from front desk to breakfast staff to housekeeping.

Positive: None Negative: There was a dog barking in room next to us, and on reception they said we are pet friendly hotel, however while booking I specifically selected hotels where pets are not allowed due to allergiesHotel is very outdated. Wallpapers are peeling off the wall

Do not stay here! This whole hotel should not be called a Hampton Inn. Trash in the parking lot (ear cleaners, food), no landscaping, dirty carpet, our potty ran and had to jiggle handle to stop the running. The most uncomfortable beds. We are checking out early to get out of here. I am not super picky, but this is no Hampton Inn. This is disgustingly dirty and unkept. The front desk lady this morning was not pleasant at all. Sorry we stayed here.

Hi. I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn for a local wedding last Saturday, 10 18 25. The front desk woman was kind and professional. I rude, aggressive guest butted in to interrupt my check in. The reception woman was great and said, "I'm helping someone else" which I appreciate AND has to say it twice as rude lady persisted. Thank you On the note so positive side, coming down in AM to get coffee, the dark roast was super cold. Returning to my room, the elevator got stuck with me inside. It was close to 5 minutes as I was starting to sweat and anxiety was on the rise. I hit every button and then intermittently had to start ringing alarm. Not a pleasant experience. When the door finally open, a long line and crowd of people waiting I raced out and had to regroup and compose myself ....sca
