Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth-West-I-30

When I booked on the website, I booked it for five people and wanted a pull-out couch or room for the fifth person. Walking into the room, there were only 2 beds. Luckily, we made it work, but when my friend and I asked if we could be transferred to a room with a pull-out couch. We were told there were no rooms with a pull-out couch, which was a little frustrating. Just an update on the website or a pop-up that there were no pull-out couches would be helpful. The service was my favorite part! Biggest shout-out to Braxton and Maria! When I first entered the lobby, I was met with a cheerful smile and a great attitude from Braxton. He made me feel welcome, and we had a conversation while waiting for my card to go through. Even with technical issues on my side, he was patient and made me feel

I wanna start by staying at the hospitality and customer service of this facility was amazing employees went above and beyond. Everyone was so kind. The rooms are great customer service amazing and the people very humble. My day was a 10 out of 10 I would recommend

Horrible. The room could not be entered unless you through yourself against the for door. The for was so out of alignment it made opening and closing difficult. We were greeted by "I'll need some type of payment.," no recognition of Hilton Honors status, no kindness. Room was in need of serious repairs. This may have once been an ok hotel, but no longer. Staff doesn't seem to care, location is sketchy at best, not our best Hampton experience.

We stayed at hotel during Christmas for 6 nights. Hotel rooms are ok. What made me unhappy was the breakfast. The juice machine must have broken after our first breakfast and the rest of the time we were there they had no juice. I have been at other hotel chains where if the machine breaks they then have juice in the refrigerator or in carafes so that juice is available. Not here. Just none. I know it was Christmas week but I think they could have found an alternative. Also in the last when we have stayed at Hampton Hotels they would make a variety of eggs. Such as scrambled eggs, Southwest or Cheese Omelettes. This time for 6 days all they served was scrambled. I really liked the variety in the past. As to other things. One day we would find bagels but no cream cheese or cream cheese but
