Hampton Inn & Suites Flowery Branch Lake Lanier

Doing a week stay for work. Perfect location between my job site and restaurants around the area. Rooms are nice, staff is friendly, plenty of parking and nice bfast included.

Would love to rate this highly, but … Service was fine, nothing unusual. No daily freshen-up so we were out of towels the second night. The worst of it was the black mold in the shower. Toilets had stains, really disgusting. Noisy hallways during our stay. Clean up the showers and toilets and the rest would be bearable.

Probably the one of the worst Hampton Inn that we have stayed at. No Shower gel in room and when I went to front desk to ask for more, was told it would be brought up and 2 hours later was told “we are out and I forgot and now I have to check in other guests”. A bar of soap would do.|RARELY was there anyone at front desk without having to yell for them; marginal hot breakfast items. Hotel was clean and asked out room be cleaned one day and that was not done either. This review is on context that we almost exclusively stay at Hilton properties and Hampton Inn the night before 150 miles south was outstanding and courteous, attentive staff.|Great location as far as near Lake Lanier and Publix/good local restaurants across the street.|Management needs to tighten up staff.

Our family of five, including my wife and three daughters, had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn in Room 303, a spacious Double Queen Suite, from July 25-27, 2025. From the moment we entered, we were greeted by a pristine, freshly scented room that immediately set a welcoming tone. The suite itself was impressively large, tastefully decorated, and designed with comfort in mind, making it an ideal space for our family. The staff’s exceptional service truly elevated our experience. Housekeeping was attentive and accommodating, promptly ensuring we were well-supplied with essentials like toilet paper, which our family tended to use in abundance. The room on the fifth floor was very quiet/nice and using my phone app to check in check out and get my room key was a real convenience. The girl at the desk was very helpful and suggesting a restaurant for me to eat at the Crossroads Bar and Grill. It was a really good suggestion. For having such a nice room and a good nights rest, I was very disappointed in the breakfast options. Scrambled eggs and potatoes with no meat, but the fruit was pretty good. It would’ve been nice to see some bananas out there. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would stay again.
