Hampton Inn & Suites DuPont

The customer service is more then passable, the building is clean the staff is quite pleasant, overall I have no real complaints... That being said I have a single one, they're renovating a lot of the rooms, mustard yellow and green furniture with a dash of blue? I am not sure why they decided to go for genuinely one of the ugliest color schemes I have seen in my life... It is a little disappointing.

Good spot to stay near the base. They have a good Continental breakfast free for the guests. It's also right across the parking lot from Starbucks, which is super convenient. Plenty of parking, although they were doing renovations so the parking lot was cut in half. The room was large and clean.

I had a great experience overall...I love the staff, the hotel is clean, quiet, and has a lot convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The location is amazing. I would recommend this hotel when your in the area, whether it's personal or business...you won't be disappointed.

Positive: Great location front desk staff friendly Negative: The room was to be serviced every other day to include making beds, replenishing coffee supplies,sundries and towels. In the 4 nights we stayed housekeeping came in once, emptied garbage, threw out soap and replaced with new one. No beds or coffee

Conveniently located next to the base, nice Asian restaurant nearby and a subway and Starbucks. Hotel is run down, half the gym equipment doesn’t work, and pool was down. Housekeeping occurred sparingly.
