Best Western Liberty Inn DuPont JBLM

This hotel is in the area of DuPont Wa Not a bad location// not the best either. GPS directions will get you messed up; you have to pay attention to where your At as the directions will continue to take you around and AROUND the block. We found the hotel staff to be very corgial and accommodating. We needed pool towels._served with a smile; questions about this or that. Very pleasant to speak with. The hotel is new_ER and really good condition and the rooms are nice sized. We stayed In a room that had a jaccusi in our room. That was really NICE as the hotel pool was on the "chillier" side and the hot tub was under repairs. The continental breakfast was very nice withquite the array if different foods to choose from including you can make pancakes or waffles; toast, bagels, and bunch more

This was a very nice hotel in a convenient location to visit our relatives. It was clean, quiet and had very spacious rooms. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and had great customer service. The breakfast was fresh and hot and was refreshed quickly. I liked the list in the elevator with area highlights too. We will be back.

This hotel is located in convenient DuPont Station which is very walkable for restaurants, a park, etc. |The hotel is bright and clean with friendly staff. Stayed in room 310 which is large and clean. Beds were comfortable, bedding was good quality, shower pressure was good, room darkening curtains helped and soundproofing was adequate.|The CONS were: as previous reviews state the pool is much too cold to swim in, although the hot tub was fine, which was disappointing after a long drive ☹️ AND seeing that management had previously responded to this issue with no changes made. |The bath towels are small and skimpy. The breakfast room is spacious and inviting, but the "hot" food was all cold! The attendant acted like she was barely able to function and made only token gestures toward keeping

I'm not one to leave a review only if it's extremely amazing an I want to say that this hotel is my home away from home. very accommodating an flexible clean and perfect for a small get away from home. I can't say how much I enjoy staying at this hotel ..an let me say the staff here is absolutely perfect friendly fast an professional it's truly like a home away from home an I must admit my favorite is Niva every time I come it's aways warm an welcoming she has a beautiful smile an angel like spirit if you get a chance to check in with her it's truly a honor thank you for all your hard work an great customer service..I'm a regular here because of it. So if you are looking for a clean affordable friendly an accommodating hotel this is the place for you.. once again thank you Niva for always
