Hampton Inn & Suites Denver/South-RidgeGate

Rooms were spacious and nice. Breakfast was good and had decent variety. The hotel market was small as expected but I thought the prices were very competitive. We were also able to check into our room 2 hours early which was very nice. For the price paid for the room I think it was a great deal. My only complaint is that we did not receive housekeeping over our 3 night stay. Had to leave our garbage bags in the hallway once the cans were full and go down to the front desk for more towels multiple times. Told the front desk that we hadn't received housekeeping twice but both times were simply told "they might still be coming". Still besides that one issue it was an overall good stay, and would recommend if looking for somewhere quiet and cheaper to stay.

We chose our room and got a digital key through our Hilton Honors App the day before arrival -confirmed. We always book the top floor and away from the elevators as we are light sleepers and early to bed people. |When we arrived at our previously indicated time of 5:00, we were told sorry, the room hasn’t been cleaned yet , we put you in another room. ||Yes you guessed it - lower floor and right next to the elevator. Many chatty people in front of the elevator and our door late at night made for a miserable night’s sleep and a tired driver for the 9 hour drive the next day.|Why offer the open room chart for pre arrival booking if you can’t assure your|patrons of their choice. Needless to say this hotel won’t be our choice the next trip through Denver.

We were here for a convention but got in a few days early for some exploration!! Our room was great!! The breakfast was good. Although you could hear what was going on in the hallway from your room, the noise level was fine. The gym was exactly what I needed!! Room was great, clean, and great as a home away from home for a few days!! This hotel is in a great location. Highly recommend!!!

Very clean hotel, rooms, & staff very nice. The breafast was very good. I liked the smoked sausage for breakfast. A great alternative to bacon and sausage. Egg patties were good also. Lots of choices. Only con thing for me was beds were pretty firm, as I like a softer bed. Still slept well.
