Hampton Inn & Suites Craig

Positive: Staff was decent, room was clean. The price is why we chose it. Negative: Breakfast had room for improvement both mornings - I couldn’t bring myself to eat more than two bites the second morning. (I travel frequently and eat hotel breakfasts a fair bit, for reference.) The pool looked kind of gross & we decided not to use it.

From the easy checkin to the amazing room and delicious breakfast this was 5 stars all the way. ||Our room was huge and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very well insulated and therefore very quiet. |We picked a 4th floor room so there was no one tromping around over our head, but we heard nothing from either side of us either. ||A complimentary breakfast included oatmeal, cereal, waffles, eggs, potatoes as well as assorted breads and pastries. ||This hotel has either been completely renovated or is a new build. Either way, it’s wonderful. Definitely stay here.

I am very Disappointed in this Hotel ! 1. WE booked two queens beds & they gave me a king and pull out ! 2. The walls and ceiling were so thin I could hear people talking &walking up & down the hall and upstairs! 3.There was a door gap you could see light out in hall way. 4. Checked out on Friday at 10:30 they billed me for 2 more days. 5. Bath/Shower creeked IT made all kinds of noise was afraid I was going to fall through but I did not it was very worrisome. 6. there was 1 tiny garbage can in the bathroom no 7.Ice machine did not work.

Shout out to Jackie for great customer service at the front desk. Above and beyond for a few requests I made. Enjoyed our experience!

Got in very late due to an accident on the highway, so I requested a late checkout for the following morning so I could sleep in. Woke up to calls to the room and knocking on the door, the front desk hadn’t recorded my late check out request and the morning was extremely stressful as a result. The rooms were very nice, the service in the morning was pretty unfriendly. I just hope they can get their system organized so this doesn’t happen to others in the future.
