Hampton Inn & Suites Banning-Beaumont

Visited Wednesday and went to breakfast at 9 am and was pleasantly surprised how stocked it was after having a lot of people in there and the kitchen staff Steven was so nice and respectful to everyone. He was greeting everyone and always kept a smile on his face. Thanks Hampton for the amazing stay!

The team here is extremely accommodating. We had an issue with a third-party booking app and couldn’t reserve the whirlpool tub room, but Stephanie at the front desk stepped in and handled it right away. When we checked in, we also ran into a problem with the A/C thermostat. Mike and Amber went above and beyond — since they didn’t have an extra thermostat on hand, they installed an entirely new A/C unit just to make sure our stay was comfortable. The entire property is also scheduled to be remodeled by the end of 2026, which makes the experience even more promising. Great service all around.

The room is clean and specious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided was generous. Is pet friendly so really a nice stay

Positive: I like the room best. Negative: 1. There were never sufficient plates during breakfast.2. Elevator permit/inspection expiration was in 2024.3. Room keys were deactivated one day before check-out day.4. The seats’ material in the breakfast area was peeling.

Very kind and accommodating staff. A little tricky to park a big moving truck with long trailer but the staff was helpful and we made it work. Free breakfast and comfortable beds. Did the job!
