Banning RV

Do not sell your RV consignment through this dealer. Nathan, I left work three hours early to get over there today. That was $150 I did not earn today. So here's your review. They low balled the, you know what, out of me. Jose called me off of my FB Marketplace ad. Told me about what his company does for folks, helps them at no cost. Sounded really good. He said they make their money on financing and extended warranties and the seller (you) get 100% of what you're looking to get. I asked, so what if they don't finance or get a warranty? Was looking for a Geo Pro 19FBS and Banning RV had it on sale. Deal was conducted over the phone and there were no surprises on pick up day. The service tech walk through by Alfonso was great, Austin the service manager was great too. A small family owned/operated RV place. Definitely a better experience than one of those large dealerships. Did not get pressured at all! Thank you Banning RV!

Was heading to a big lot RV when the wife mentioned this place, a great family owned business that definitely goes the extra mile for their customers. John, Zach, Austin, and everyone there expertly helped us get our new coach on the road! They answered every question and fixed any issue that popped up. Thanks guys! I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience with this Banning RV. When I called to address a problem, the representative raised their voice and was extremely rude instead of handling the situation professionally. I was also warned to “be careful” about leaving reviews, and told there are “laws” against it—which felt like an attempt to intimidate me rather than address my concerns. Additionally, they ran a hard credit check without confirming with me beforehand, which is a serious issue. That kind of action should always be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance. I’m leaving this review to share my experience and help others make informed choices.

I do not recommend. Rick said everything works so I drive an hour and forty-five minutes to walk into the trailer and the fridge/freezer doesn't work... shame on Discount RV on Banning.
