Hampton Inn & Suites Ashland

We came to Ashland for a bowling tournament for my son. The room was nice. Just noisy, we could hear footsteps from up above and every time someone flushed their toilets. We were trying to charge our phones and most of the outlets didn’t work. We had to leave so early we didn’t get a chance to try the food but it smelled good. We loved the convenience of the restaurants that were close and that we were just 5 minutes or so away from the bowling alley.

Totally clean, bright, friendly atmosphere both in rooms and common areas. Very nice breakfast buffet with many options. Staff were all friendly, doing a great job, managing things well. I definitely recommend this hotel, would happily stay here again

There are many Hampton Inns along route 71. We weren’t sure what to expect, so when we were welcomed by Adam, we knew we had made the right choice. He was polite, respectful, personable and kind. After driving seven hours, we greatly appreciated his gracious hospitality. I hope his efforts are recognized and appreciated. Best wishes, Adam. The only issue we had with the room was a noise in the heater that was startling. Bed was comfy and cozy on a very cold night..

From the moment we walked in, everything was perfect, the Lobby is gorgeous, the location is great(love being 2 minutes from Walmart, Aldi and Starbucks lol) the room is really nice. I want to give a shout-out to Amber at the front desk, she is so friendly, sweet and really,just the kind of person you want greeting you after a 10+hour car ride and zero sleep. Thank you Amber!! My son loved the pool, the breakfast was delicious!! I'm usually not a fan of most complimentary hotel breakfasts, but they had quite a few options and it was really good, along with the coffee which I'm usually not a fan of. Would 100% stay again.

Everything was very good except the cook didn't show up for the breakfast and we didn't think their options were great. A small bag with likely a muffin or something that has dairy, or some Hilton rewards points. It would have been good if they could at least open the area to access cereal, toast etc and the toaster, peanut butter, butter, jam etc. Seems like that wouldn't require a cook, but I guess a staff member. It kind of left us in a bind because we didn't have time to go to a restaurant before church
