Pros: |- The bed was comfortable and the alarm clock had nice charging capabilities. |- Walking distance to Target and several food options. |- The included breakfast was convenient and better than a motel.|- Palatable coffee in the room, and in the lobby.||Cons: |- Their computer system did not seem to process my change via Expedia to move one of my rooms from Saturday night to Friday night, even though my room confirmation confirmed my change. |- They almost gave me someone else's room who had the same first name because of this. That would have sucked for that person! Fortunately they still had another available room (probably because I booked it?). |- Please note that the receptionist made sure to let me know that all of this was my fault, despite the fact that I had confirmations and

We had an outstanding stay at the Hampton Inn Loveland. The service was truly amazing from start to finish. With over 300 wrestling families, coaches, and wrestlers in town for a tournament, the staff handled everything with incredible patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well kept. Morning breakfast was even better than expected, especially considering the volume of guests. Everything was well stocked, organized, and served with a smile. You could tell the staff genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience, even during a very busy weekend. We would absolutely give this stay a 10 out of 10, highly recommend this hotel, and will definitely be staying here again for future tournaments.

The good: the rooms get dark when you turn out the lights. Breakfasts are very good. The location was close to my client and a shopping center with lots of dining choices. The bad: the facility is pretty shop-worn. The ugly: my mattress was lumpy as hell and tilted as if there was a dead body between the mattress and foundation. I won't be returning.

For reference, I have been a Hilton Honors member for MANY years and have trusted their quality. The overall condition of this property is very bad . . . bordering on deplorable. While the staff was wonderful, this property is in BAD need of renovations. The elevator was, in a word, disgusting. The flooring in the elevator was poorly installed with significant gaps between the floor and the door and there was a disgusting collection of debris in this gap including some cheerios or fruit loops, not sure which. The small carpet there was heavily soiled and didn't look like it had been cleaned in some time. Maybe it is there to hide an even worse problem underneath. Throughout the stay the elevator contained a wet caution sandwich board that served no purpose as it was clear the floor had not
