Hampton Inn Lacrosse/Onalaska

Our room is right next to a construction/reno area, so I was worried about dust. No worries though, because the room and hall are immaculate! Our fridge stopped working, but one call and Mai brought us up a new one, and was so sweet about it! The staff is fantastic (especially Mai), the rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub were clean and well kept. Highly recommend!

Courtney at the front desk did an awesome job! The first room we were given had broken beds, hair in the bed, hair on the sink, hair on the toilet & the bathroom overhead light didn’t work. Went to the front desk to see if we could get a different room. Courtney apologized & changed our room. The second room was spotless & cleaned by Lex. Great job on cleaning the room Lex! We appreciate your hard work!! Courtney set the perfect example of how to handle service recovery.

We were in town for an archery tournament and stayed at this Hampton. The hotel was also hosting girls hockey players, but you would've never known. The hotel was quiet, the room was clean, the towels were fluffy and the breakfast spread was varied and hot. Thank you!

Stayed here for week-lomg business trips on 2 separate occasions. Nice staff. Nice facility. Rooms were good. 3 restaurants that are basically across the parking lot. A few more within walking distance.

I would love write a great review as that is all I ever write on google though unfortunately this was not a great experience. This is my third time staying at this hotel and each time the rooms have been dirty, mainly the floors and carpet. I found hair in the bathroom in a few places, quite a bit of dust and dirt in the bathroom on the lotion bottle, and surfaces, a yellow dried spot (pee?) on the duvet cover when I arrived, the refrigerator sometimes works, the hot tub is always “out of order”, there was a guy working at the front desk who is no longer working here who spent more time out front smoking than in the building and made me uncomfortable. The funny thing about the yellow spot is the second week I was accused of having the same thing from my dog during my stay. However my dog c
