Hampton Inn Jackson Hole

We had the most wonderful stay at this pet-friendly hotel in Jackson Hole. From the moment we arrived, the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and so thoughtful toward our pup. They surprised us with an adorable goody bag filled with toys, treats, and waste-management essentials which is such a sweet touch that immediately made us feel at home. We were traveling with our 7-month-old puppy, and they absolutely adored her. It was clear how much they truly care about pets, not just tolerate them. Every interaction felt warm and sincere, and it made the entire experience that much more special.

My daughter and I stayed while on a tour of national parks. The price we paid caused us to believe that this must be a seriously elevated Hampton Inn. Ummmm...not so much. It's exactly what you'd expect from the brand. Clean, comfortable and not much else. So, take this review with a grain of salt. It is a decent example of what a Hampton Inn purports to be but outside of game days in big college towns, I've never paid anything close to what we paid for this place. Add in that the location is outside of town, NOT within walking distance of the cool spots in Jackson Hole and I'll definitely not be staying here again, at least not unless the price point is more aligned with what I've come to expect from Hampton Inns.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Room clean and comfortable. The location ideal to get around and sits by a Target. Love the outdoor fire pits and grills. The staff and general manager were also amazing. We had to leave her for a family emergency. The were professional and caring. Staff and management make a difference!

Positive: "" Negative: No network television or ESPN. Vacuuming hallways at 7:00 pm. No rack for suitcase. Person working in the breakfast area didn’t understand English, so couldn’t answer questions about food allergies.

I would rate this hotel 2 out of 5 stars. While the rooms were clean upon arrival, the beds were decent, and the location near Target and Albertsons is convenient, the negatives far outweighed the positives. Noise: The walls are extremely thin. You can hear toilets flushing, showers running, and water rushing through the pipes, which makes for a rough night’s sleep. Every single door that closes, even if it’s at the other end of the hall, will rattle your own door which gets loud. Rooms: The rooms are very small and get stuffy quickly. Clean, yes, but cramped for the price point. Also just poor quality furniture for what you pay. Breakfast: Complimentary, but not worth your time.
