We had a lovely stay! The hot tub was absolutely perfect, everyone was so kind, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Loved the patio and balcony options for some fresh air. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable (kind of soft and lumpy) but you can’t win them all! We’ll def be back to this hotel!
The positives: Hotel is very clean. Pet friendly. ||The negatives: Rooms are small. When booking, there should be a specific option to select a balcony overlooking the creek. Skip this hotel if you plan on relaxing. The walls are thin and I have heard nothing but knocking and banging, screaming kids, and slamming doors for the past two days. Want to relax by the fire pit at night? Not a chance with the screaming kids in the hot tub behind you. Want to relax on the balcony at night? Not a chance with the outside Disney movie blaring at Embassy Suites next door until after 10pm. Parking spots are tight and you have to pay for parking.
Positive: "" Negative: Every morning at 4AM during our stay we were woken up by the sound of the garbage truck picking up the dumpsters. We can hear this in our 5th floor room. It ruined our vacation as we did not get a solid night sleep.
We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn Gatlinburg Historic. The location is excellent—close to everything while still feeling comfortable and quiet. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was convenient and well stocked, and overall the atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. The only small downside was that the bed made some noise when sitting down or shifting during the night, but it wasn’t a major issue. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
This hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff was super friendly and helpful. As soon as we stepped into our room, it smelled fresh and clean, like someone had just finished cleaning it. The unit was quiet, and everything in our room worked perfectly. We had a great time relaxing in the Jacuzzi. There were plenty of towels, and everything was just amazing. This is definitely a place we’ll be coming back to. I’m still planning to visit other places in Gatlinburg, but this hotel will definitely be a place we’ll stay in again.
