Hampton Inn Clarks Summit

We stayed two nights. It wasn't exactly a holiday, but rather we attended a funeral in town. The staff overall, especially Debbie and Melissa, were just wonderful. The hotel was comfortable, the breakfast was just right, but especially the friendliness and responsiveness of the team impressed us.

From the moment we walked in till we checked out the next morning we were impressed! The check-in process was painless and the person checking us in was friendly and professional. |The lobby was clean, the elevator also and our room was perfect. We liked the fact that we could login to AppleTV+ & Netflix for our tv watching time. |At check-out that process also went very smoothly and the person at the counter was friendly and professional.|We have nothing to say bad about our stay.

One night stay while traveling. Mixed review. There were wonderful fresh berries for waffles at breakfast. Food area was clean and well supplied. Room was a bit noisy from the overhead freeway. Bathroom needed a bit more cleaning. Toilet paper dispenser was literally behind the seat; a normal limbed person cannot possibly reach it. Oh, by the way the toilet is the child size. Bed was comfy. |There is a sports bar- restaurant walking distance.

The room was very clean and modern. The hotel is located near an overpass so it can be noisy. We however had a great night sleep. The only thing it seems the Hampton Inn’s breakfast isn’t what it used to be. No sausage or bacon, French toast etc…The only other thing was the hot water container was empty so I couldn’t have a cup of tea when we arrived early in the evening.

A typical Hampton Inn which is not a bad thing. Room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Front staff very personable.
