Hampton Inn Charlotte-North/Lake Norman

Just spent 5 nights here on business. Hotel was good for the purpose needed. Room was comfortable, quiet, and clean (as it should be). Breakfast was decent if unspectacular. Staff very friendly. All in all, good value.

I can’t say enough positive things about this hotel. From extremely clean rooms to complimentary breakfast that was better than any I have had at other hotels, I would go out of my way to stay here again. It’s right next to the interstate and even though there is road construction (not their fault) that makes it a little difficult to see the entrance at night, I would go out of my way to stay here again if we come this way. We were traveling and making a last minute stop and I read reviews so I wanted to leave information for others that do the same. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful! Loved this place!

Very good hotel, close to where I needed to get to off the interstate. Had no issues with highway traffic (I specifically requested the other side on the first floor). Very busy on the weekend but did what I needed to do. Front staff was friendly and efficient. Internet was very good and reliable. Shower was hot, bed was comfortable, work desk was great. Would stay again.

Arrived over the weekend late. Construction at entry made it difficult to find entrance. Lots of cones. Room was clean. I left my do not disturb on the door the next day and housekeeping came in and cleaned. I have mixed feelings about this. The beds are pretty hard. I have had a stiff back each morning. The breakfast is bare essentials. But not terrible. Housekeeping came knocking at 9am so if you want to sleep longer it might not happen. Overall for a quick stay I would recommend. I’m just going home tired and stiff.
