Hampton Inn by Hilton Ocoee Orlando

Everything was perfect! Very modern and clean rooms. The front Desk agent Damar was amazing and very hospitable. He was the only one working at the desk and he find time to attend to everyone,even cleaned up after a packed lobby of student athletes and parents. Also there’s plenty of restaurants close by and the EV charger was a plus. I will definitely be back .

Very, very disappointed in this hotel. I’m a lifetime diamond member which means I travel a lot. After 15 hours of travel I arrived at hotel to find their systems down. After waiting close to 1.5 hours in the eating area - which still had cereal on floor from the morning breakfast with 8/10 others - system came on line. Bathroom was grimy. Room floor was in need of better care I attempted to get a later check out and was told no, it would cost $15 extra and checkout was 11:00. Staff obviously did not care. Would not recommend.

Definitely 5 stars. Excellent service and quality. The hotel and rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. It exceeded our expectations. The manager, Jonathan, really cares about guest experience. He goes above and beyond. The tv is upgraded, high quality hand soap, body wash, and lotion in the bathroom, and the room was spacious enough to comfortably move around.

My mom and I have stayed in different Hampton hotels over the years and this specific Hampton Inn was very, very nice. This was also our first time staying in Ocoee as well. We stayed overnight and we had a very pleasant stay. The manager David was the one who checked us in and he was very, very pleasant along with the assistant manager that was working with him as well. The room we stayed in was very nice and clean, as well as the grounds as well, and all the common areas as well. If my mom and I are ever back that way, we wouldn't mind staying here again.
