Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Orlando Ocoee

Very clean, seems new. Plenty of fast hot water. Free breakfast with pretty thorough offerings. Comfortable beds. Area was nice without loud businesses or highway noise. Safe place. Lots of stores nearby. We enjoyed the hot tub for 15 minutes too. We got a special low price of $130 instead of $169 online too but it was not available the next night.

I stayed here for 10 nights to be with family who had some medical problems. The check-in experience went very smoothly. All front desk personnel that I had dealings with were very helpful and easy to deal with on a regular basis. Especially Stephanie who helped me with a couple of issues which could have been stressful. My original stay was for 7 nights but due to outside circumstances I had to extend my stay. The computer system wanted me to check out and recheck in but Stephanie worked her magic so that I would the same room and not have to repack everything. Later I needed to print some important paperwork but the printer for customer use was broken so she helped me print from the front desk computer.|The room was comfortable and spacious. Positive: The rooms are only cleaned every other day, no fresh towels etc. Consumer should be notified prior to booking, rather than be surprised. Also I paid their full price for complete services, a discount is due to me. Negative: Cleaning only every other day.

0/5 – Extremely disappointing experience I stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Orlando Ocoee from Tuesday, February 3rd, to Wednesday, February 4th. I chose this hotel because it is close to my workplace, since I travel very frequently from Miami to Ocoee. Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. I accidentally left my favorite pair of sneakers (New Balance 1906R, size 7 ) in the room and called the hotel immediately the same day. I spoke with two front desk employees, and both told me that nothing was found and they had no explanation I called the next day also and they told me the same thing. It is very hard to believe that my shoes simply disappeared the same day I checked out. The room had to be cleaned after my departure, and the lack of accountability makes me stron

Good choice in the Orlando area. And very, very quiet. The front desk lady was extremely nice and welcoming. Nice free breakfast and also free parking. About 20-25 min from the main attractions, with plenty of options immediately around. Would stay again.
