Hampton Inn Biloxi

This was our 2nd time here...Christmas of 2024 and New Year's this year. The service was wonderful! After the first night, I spoke with the front desk about the bed being uncomfortable for me (my husband was fine). They came up and not only flipped the mattress but added extra blankets under the sheets to make it more comfortable for me. I've never had a hotel go that far to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The employees we interacted with (with the exception of one evening front desk employee) were so friendly and gracious. That one employee could use a refresher course in polite customer service. The room was spacious and clean and the housekeeping staff was so friendly and helpful...one even went so far to ask about my husband who wasn't feeling well. We needed to check out 2 days early s

Spent a last minute night here and it's been a great stay. Rooms are great, beds very comfy. Most of all, there was a wonderful woman who attended the breakfast area named Ms Tanya. Her beautiful smile, offers of help, clearing our table and just being so sweet made this a 5 star stay. MS Tanya is a jewel!!!

Just want to give a special thanks to Ms. Cynthia for giving us amazing customer service from the front desk. She was very friendly and gave great advice with finding places to eat even when arriving really early in the morning.

Good location, food was great, all staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool and spa were very dirty and it was obvious they had not been cleaned. The garbage cans had not been emptied. the handrail to the spa was broken and it was a 2 foot step to the seating.

We had a really great stay here! When we entered the lobby was so cozy. The rooms was really clean and it was a very comfortable stay. Every time we went up to the front desk, each person was very welcoming, friendly and courteous. The breakfast was really good too! And all around great stay and I would 100% return!
