Hampton Inn Beloit

This was our second visit and another great stay! The room & bath were very clean and very roomy!||What made this stay different were the abundance of Christmas decor (it was noticed & loved, especially the doors.). It was also a delight to meet Jameria at the desk. She was very welcoming & professional and is truly a great Ambassador for the hotel! ||This may be one of my favorite Hamptons in the U.S. ||We will be back again soon! Thank you again Jameria! You made our stay even better.

I've stayed in this hotel many times when visiting family in the Beloit area & it never disappoints me. Always clean & well maintained, polite & helpful staff + plenty of coffee along with a complimentary breakfast. Another great overnight stay on Valentine's Day too!

Loved the seasonal red velvet waffles and all the waffle toppings that were available! Definitely the best we’ve had at a Hampton or any hotel in terms of the waffles & toppings selection… Rest of the breakfast was decent as well. Spacious dining area… The front desk service was good.. Room and pool were very clean. (Love 12 pm checkouts.) Decorated very nice for Christmas… Got some cute pics of the kids by the tree and fireplace area they had staged. We will definitely stay here every time we’re in Beloit.

Not a great experience for group bookings. After leaving a message regarding group availability and never receiving a callback, we followed up a week later. We were unfortunately met with significant rudeness from the sales manager, Kyle, who interrupted us mid-sentence and hung up. We have no issue if the hotel is fully booked, but the lack of basic customer service and professional courtesy was disappointing. There are much better options in the area; I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Front desk were super nice. We had a couple issues with our bathroom and were willing to compensate monetarily or change rooms. Breakfast was decent has waffle making station, cereal, and bagels/bread. Also has juice station.
