Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Intercourse

Positive: Location across across from Kitchen Kettle Village with tons of shops. We could walk to everything. Short drive to the outlets. Hotel was very clean and the desk staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was a perfect way to start the day. Negative: ""

The Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton is well located at the main crossroads at Intercourse PA.||It is a newer Hampton and was bright and easily accessible from the car park with luggage. Lots of easy parking. ||Check-in was trouble free and my room was bright and well appointed. I liked everything about the New Hampton style except for wooden floors in the bedroom. A couple of rugs placed strategically would solve this. ||I am glad to say Hilton properties have started offering a bar of soap again, and not just the horrid dispensers which have become the norm. ||This Hampton is a perfect no-frills hotel from which to explore the charming and fascinating local are and is highly recommended.||Breakfast was the usual Hampton disposable plates and bowls fare and also perfectly adequate.

Check-in and check-out was quick and friendly. Charis at the front desk was so pleasant and kind! Room was very clean and comfortable. Location is great -- easily accessible to many shops and eateries. Hotel is very modern (and new!) with no carpeting in the room and an open concept "closet," so I was pleasantly surprised at how minimal the hallway and outside noise was. There are plenty of outlets around the room and in the bathroom, and the room temperature was the most consistent of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was nice. On the morning I was there it was western omelets with turkey sausage and redskin potatoes. Everything was rotated quickly so that it stayed fresh and hot. I had a great stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Intercourse, Pennsylvania. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. My room was spacious and comfortable, the gym was amazing, and the pool area was really nice. The customer service was truly excellent—every employee was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. A special shout out to Shannon, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Even the free breakfast was delicious, which was a pleasant surprise! Overall, a wonderful experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

Perfect location within walking distance to Kitchen Kettle. The hotel is also extremely clean. Any staff we encountered were very pleasant and concerned that we were satisfied during our stay. The breakfast was fine. The biggest complaint I have is with other hotel guests. During breakfast, for example, one man actually filled his plate with 5 egg omelettes when there was clearly not enough for the crowd. Another person left her breakfast garbage on the table when there was a garbage can a few feet away. People can be so selfish and entitled. Meanwhile, the woman working the breakfast was hustling to get it all done on her own. She was extremely pleasant. I would definitely stay here again. I would just hope for more decent human beings to be hotel guests next time.
