Hammocks Beach State Park Mainland Campground

This is a relatively new site with spacious campsites, well groomed and level. They have full hookup sites, as well as non-electric sites, and a few cabins There are also some primitive sites and a group site.

We love this campground however the one complaint we have is they have no dump station. We enjoy boo docking along the waterfront sites but they want to charge $35 to dump before you leave. A dump station should be added or you should allow your campers to dump for free! Other than this we love this campground!

Great new campground! A little noise from Camp Lejeune and practicing jets, but the birds, awesome bath house, large, flat sites, and breeze off the water more than made up for that!

Brand new campground that's only been open a few weeks. It's a small campground with 4 small cabins, several camper spaces, tent sites, and primitive sites. There's not many trees by the sites so it helps to bring a canopy for your picnic table. Bathhouse is large and clean.

This is a beautiful place for the camping pitch, for the kayaking it is the best and for the toilet block...Wow! I loved my 4 night stay, I will definitely come back.
