Hamilton Inn Jonesville/Elkin I-77

Good value. Clean rooms with lots of outlets for devices on both sides of the bed. Limited breakfast but good for price. Waffles bananas yogurt cereal toast. Coffee could be better.

Late check in was smooth. Parking sucked as several people double parked or parked horizontally taking up 4 spaces. This was a former Days Inn. The room I reserved is not the room I actually got. I booked a Non Smoking Queen described as "Room to relax, and room to work! Personal space with luxurious bedding, desk, and lounge area , complete with comfortable pull out sofa, club chairs, and WiFi throughout." Well I got 2 double beds (maybe queen?), no sofa, no lounge area and not so sure it was luxurious. Room kind of smelled stale. Chairs were from 1996. The beds semed new but very firm, pillows were OK. WiFi was very fast. Shower was decent. The shower head was a bit low, good pressure, nice hot water. Bathroom fan did not work. Heat worked quite well. I slept terribly though due to the b

Positive: Beds. The bed was very comfortable Negative: First room we had there was a dog Nextdoor. We had to ask for a room change. Wasn?t prepared for a barking dog as we entered the room. Room changed without any problems. Was nice and quiet.

Hamilton Inn is a clean motel the outside grounds are kept up nice & clean. The rooms are nice and clean. Plenty of hot water.. WiFi works well. Owner very helpful and congenial. Convienence stores, grocery store, and restaurants nearby. Good beds & pillows.

We just stopped in for a night of sleep and a shower to break up our road trip. Pricing was reasonable, shower was awesome, bed was comfy. The guy at the desk was friendly and we checked in/out fast. It's a good rest stop
