Best Western Plus Yadkin Valley Inn & Suites

Beat western posted pictures that are not consistent with the current gross state of this hotel. The parking lot is scary. The lobby smells like pot and dogs. All of the walls are old and nasty. Hallways are dirty. The security doors do not work properly. The room is sad and old. Do not book this if you have other options. We should have kept going to the Spark Hilton in the next town. It was cheaper and brand new.

My friend and I stopped at the Best Western Plus Yadkin Valley Inn & Suites in Jonesville, NC on our way to the mountains. They hotel was clean as was the room. The beds were comfortable and we loved that we each had extra pillows for a good night's sleep. We did reserve the room ahead of time an were able to get a discounted rate. One of the reasons we stayed here was because they provide a hot breakfast (eggs, meat, waffle, coffee, toast/biscuits, etc.) along with cold items (juice, milk, yogurt, cereals, etc.) . Also, the staff taking care of the breakfast and breakfast area were very helpful and did a great job of keeping the area stocked with food as needed. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and highly recommend it for anyone traveling in the area needing a nice place to stay overnig

Positive: Easy to find Negative: There was no greeting at check-in, and the front desk staff was unable to provide helpful local recommendations. We were also given incorrect information about nearby events. The breakfast attendant, however, provided exceptional service

Front desk staff went out of his way to help us find a luggage cart and brought it out to where I was parked. I use Best Western as my go to hotel during my travels and overall they offer good value for the price. I was expecting (similar to previous BW stays) that a "Plus" hotel's overall room appearance would seem more brighter, cheerful, modernized. Although the pictures don't look like it, the room was "drab" looking and could use a freshening up especially the ceilings. Also the toilet didn't flush very well. Overall a fair place to stop while travelling.

Very friendly staff, and cozy place to stay. The In-room coffee only offered decaf and tea wasn’t provided. Shower only offered bar soap for body wash and bar face soap. No lotion and no liquid body wash. Beds were comfortable and decor was nice but yes, it is an old hotel. They’re updating so it may not be the best right now, but prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. The room was clean and a good price, so I recommend it to you, and I would stayhere again if we’re in this area again. Thank You
