great rv park. Ive lived in this park fir around 3 years now and love it great neighbors. Great management. Over all one of the best rv parks ive lived in here in quartzsite. one of the most peaceful and easy going as well. Lived in quartzsit for 7 years amd have never found a park with better management. As long as youre following the park rules amd not a massive nuisance its one of the best ive lived in. They even keep the drugies amd riff raff out pretty well. As long as youre not causing trouble and arent being toxic and keeping yourself and animals in check as well as following park rules such as not starting fights and keeping your animals in your yard so they dont cause issues then this is a WONDERFUL park. I agree with the name. It is a “shady” spot And not in a good way. I would give zero stars if I could. These guys did not honor their cancellation policy so BEWARE of making reservations. I reserved a spot for April and had to cancel. I canceled four weeks ahead of time and they never refunded my money. Any of it. The stated policy is that if you give more than a weeks notice you get 100% refund. I called at least 10 times, left messages could never get a person, emailed too, finally I had to call my bank and reverse the charge on my credit card. Really a “shady” business.

The owner and manager are two great Ladies. A great place for a week, a month or a year. Friendly people live throughout the park, and there's lots of camaraderie.
