Hadlock Haven

We would give Hadlock Haven 10 stars if we could, everything was amazing!! This place is a hidden gem! Everything was simply beautiful, from the house to the views on the lake. The house is fully stocked, and the lake has plenty of fun toys to use. There is also a beautiful sandbox with sand toys, we had a lot of family fun building castles! Diane and Richie are an added bonus, they are so sweet and helpful, and we are so happy to have met them! They make you feel like part of their family, and we are so happy that they shared their beautiful space with us for the week. Thank you for everything, and we hope to see you sometime soon!

Immaculate, Spectacular and Impeccable, I can't say enough about this place. First, the home is lovely. Cozy and Adirondack style combined with comfort and amenities. Wonderfully decorated. Diane and her husband are excellent hosts. Warm and welcoming but go above and beyond to help you enjoy your time away. They pay extra attention to details. I mentioned in an email that my boyfriend and I wanted to get away for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary and when we arrived, there was a bouquet of anniversary balloons waiting for us. It is those extra attention to details that make Diane a spectacular host. Add this to the beautiful surroundings and the activities in the area and you have the perfect getaway. We had a girls trip to Hadlock Haven and the space was PERFECT! The cottage is right on the lake, so we woke up to the most gorgeous views. It was extremely clean and spacious. There was a fire pit, a patio on the lake, kayaks, and anything else we could possibly need. The owner Diane was very accommodating and she was there in a second if we needed anything. I can’t stress enough how perfect it was for the weekend!! Only regret is we didn’t find this place sooner!! It is truly a gem. Thank you Hadlock Haven!!!

Our stay at Hadlock Haven was fantastic! The cottage was adorable, comfortable, and clean. We particularly loved the view of the pond from the porch. Diane made sure we had everything we needed, and was available throughout our stay if anything came up. Will definitely return next time I am in the Adirondacks!

Hadlock Haven We had been looking for an amazing place to spend our 16th wedding anniversary. One of my coworkers that visits Hadlock Haven Annually recommended it to us. My Husband and I are both city people and we have never been somewhere like Lake Hadlock. We have gone to different countries and states outside of NY. Hadlock Haven is a Diamond that will forever be our to go place. We fell in Love with EVERYTHING. Even my 14 year old daughter enjoyed it (you know teens never like a parent’s weird plan to visit a lake) Upon arrival our AMAZING host Diane took time out of her busy schedule to give us a tour of the Cottage and its surroundings.
