H & H Motor Lodge

I am new to Colorado, I heard great things about Idaho springs and so I decided to go to the H&H motor lodge. My trip was delayed by a day and I spoke to the front desk the night prior and told them I would arrive the next day (mind you this is all paid for) the 3 days are/will be paid and that was fine I didn’t ask for my day back, the lady I had spoken too said this was fine to arrive the following morning, I show up and KAREN, told me I had to wait until 3 to check in, mind you again, the room was already being paid for the FULL 3 days. She was so rude I’m sure she could’ve let me check in, but she said they gave my room away, so you just give my room away even though it was being paid for in full the 3 full days. Made no sense. I don’t recommend this place to anyone visiting. Not verif

Positive: "" Negative: I did not even stay. I was in there for maybe an hour or two and left the floor was dirty, and there was gum on the bed that somebody left their previously.

This motel's nightly rate is very over-priced. The bed was very uncomfortable, with the pillows being one inch thick and minimal quality bedding. The office staff at check-in were helpful and polite. I will not be choosing this motel on my next visit to Idaho Springs.

Very nice! Clean rooms, great accommodations. Staff are professional and courteous. Affordable, awesome location, good parking. Highly recommend!

Awesome pet large dog friendly! Beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean! The lady that checked us in was super helpful and noligible!
