GGreat location and friendly and professional staff. They do it with smiles from day one. The atmosphere is welcoming, making every guest feel at home. Each team member is eager to assist, ensuring that all needs are met promptly. Visitors often rave about the personalized service they receive during their stay. It's no wonder that many choose to return time and again, drawn by the exceptional experience.

Took a drive through Gulf Air Encore Properties as I was staying in the area and wanted to look at RV Resorts in the area. First concern no gate or entrance security, the roads seem very tight and small. Appears to be a lot of semi permanent residents with a lot of outside junk and debris. The pool area seemed nice.

This Encore campground is also a Thousand Trails location and had easy access and was well maintained. The location is near lots of amenities including Walmart next door along with businesses within walking distance. The facilities including the pool, bathrooms, laundry and event center were very clean and well kept. The park is very simple, has no security entrance and it's next to the main road accessing the beaches, but this wasn't an issue for me nor were there any problems. There is a Trolley/bus in front of the campground that takes you to the beach for .75 cents each way to avoid $15-20 parking fees. If I go back to the Ft. Myers beach area, I will definitely stay here again.

We spent our first Christmas together in Florida and Encore Gulf Air made it a perfect choice. I can't say enough about the staff as they made this trip so enjoyable. We stayed in a Class A motorhome; we had plenty of room with full hookups that were easily accessible and in great shape. The grounds were very clean and well kept, the pool, clubhouse and laundry room were spotless, and everything worked. So far, we have been to 18 campgrounds and Encore Gulf Air has become one of our favorite places to stay. Fort Meyers Beach and Sanibel Island are so close we visited them both almost every few days. Anything else you need are across the street or down the road within walking distance.

Campground is very well taken care of. Staff is very freindly and helpful. Bathrooms are all remodeled and very clean. Laudry facility right at the campground for convience. The pool area was very clean and kept up. The pool was heated making it swimable on a luttle cooker days. The club hiuse was clean and open for campers use. Dog freindly. Had a wonderful stay. This location was close to many locations.
