Disappointed by new “no dogs” policy — long-time guest no longer welcome We’ve stayed at this hotel several times and always appreciated that it was pet-friendly. Our dog is well-behaved, quiet, and always kept on a leash and in a crate when we leave the hotel. Unfortunately, during our last stay, we were told we could no longer bring our dog because another guest complained, saying they had childhood trauma related to dogs after our dog barked at her near the stairway. While I understand that everyone’s comfort matters, it’s frustrating that a single complaint resulted in banning responsible pet owners altogether instead of offering a balanced solution, such as pet-free floors or designated areas. The accommodations were very nice! Our room was facing the busy main street, the noise of the cars kept me up all night!

Love this place, good clean , quiet rooms, a great place to heal after surgery, close to the hospital.

I have been coming to Cancer Treatment Centers of America now City of Hope for 7 years and have been staying here. The check in process is under 5 minutes and the staff is unbelievable pleasant and nice. They have secure parking available as well as laundry services available in the basement plenty of food walking distance. My stay here always makes my medical issues here much easier to deal with. I wouldn't change a thing
