Grenville Park Camping & Rv Park

This campground is in a wonderful location, but I was surprised to find out that I needed to leave a $20 deposit for a fob in order to get in the campground after hours. Also, the showers cost $1 for five minutes. This was a bit if a surprise. We had a lovely view of the bridge and water to splash in. I will be going back again.

I called to extend our stay for an extra day, which was the confirmed was available. The office manager Krystal was very un-cooperative, (she should not be in customer service) We had 2 sites reserved and she cancelled both sites and hung up on me. Also they never answer their phone. Don't waste your time go elsewhere!!!!

We booked our two sites atthis park two months ago , we called for information at the park two weeks before our arrival and the women that answered the phone Crystal was very grumpy and uncooperative to answer our question all we wanted to do was add 1 day of camping to our stay ,she basically told us that they didn t want people like us at their campground and hung up.we tried to call back but no answer. We then received 4email with informing us that our booking was cancelled. This campground is not worth the time and efforts specially with all the bad reviews on their own site and other sites

We had a reservation. We were involved in an accident on 401 when transport truck swiped our truck. We were pulling a 21' trailer and our side mirror was demolished. We waited for police and were delayed by 1.5 hrs. We then had to purchase a makeshift mirror. We were quite stressed and called, texted and emailed repeatedly to say we'd be delayed by an hour at the most. No response. I finally found Crystal's private number..no call. I texted and received curt response that said they sent 2 emails at 8 am re office closing at 5. Gated ..no exceptions or assistance. I'm 77 and traveled all over the world...never encountered this kind of cold Reception. Luckily we got a reservation at Iroquois Campground..Graham was so kind..just pay when you check out.

It is very unfortunate that this park has such terrible management because it has a few really beautiful waterfront transient camp sites. The office manager is very rude, and lacks any sort of customer service skills. Quite a few disappointments this weekend also... The website states "boat in pontoon paddleboats, canoes and kayaks…" but they do not have rentals. The office told us they mean you can bring your own. The amount of goose poop everywhere was ridiculous. I know it's out of their control, but there didn't seem to be anyone making efforts to clean up. The sites are also over priced considering how narrow and open they are, no privacy at all. And the gravel sites are literally a parking lot.
