GreenRidge Hotel

The rooms do not match hotel pictures on websites. No restaurant. No breakfast. Everything is false advertisement. If I could have gotten my money back right then and there I would have. 1st room was dirty, nasty and smelled which was 3rd floor. They patch up some holes and didnt repaint. Walls were dirty. 2nd room smelled like sewage didnt even walk 3 steps in. 3rd room was better but dark, dingy and non smoking/ smelled like smoke and we are smokers. I also went out the back building to get my car from where the 1st room was and fell on the ice not salted. I now am injured and she cant tell me anything or help with anything here. Never in my life. A trap house is better then here. We are so upset. I understand renovations happen this is a hazard and shouldn't be opened to anyone. It must

Positive: Nothing Negative: This hotel is a rip off. I reported a bed bugs issue and instead of being reimbursed for a room I never used, they blew me off and is still renting that room to other people. They need to be treated for bed bug infestation

Staff was polite. Room was clean. There were no bugs. Water is hot and a/c and heat works. Room had microwave and fridge. Area is quiet. Stayed here temporarily while looking for an apartment. Price was affordable compared to other hotels. I don’t understand all the bad reviews. If you need a safe clean affordable place to sleep it’s better than sleeping in the car.

This place was a nightmare. Don’t ever book here. It definitely felt like people got murdered here. Not worth it! This place needs to get shut down. We arrived at the hotel at 3am. Hotel was isolated and in a dark area. Boarded up windows on some of them. When you get right in the hotel, musty smell. The hallways were creepy. Some rooms were open. I believe people that lived there too. The room we had was horrific. Carpet was spotty(like blood stains), spider webs on the wall, bed was made but if you check under the sheets, it was spotty and nasty!!! We couldn’t sleep the whole night. Left at 8am and turned in the keys. I was supposed to have the room for 3 days and 2 nights. Never going back. I paid $400 to sleep one night at another hotel. I used to stay in this hotel when I teenager and it was a Quality Inn and it was Beautiful. I had a reservation for 9/26/25 the room had literally just a bed, the tub was FILTHY, there was no tissue, no soap, roaches were COMING OUT THE DRESSER & on the shower curtain so I left. I called them and Priceline to get a refund and the not only did they refuse the hotel HUNG UP ON ME. Because I informed they I also work in a hotel and I’m a night auditor so you 100% can refund me but you’re choosing not to after I took pictures and showed the front desk proof of the state the room was in. And I’m reporting them first thing Monday morning to the board of health. I recommend no one ever stay here
