Green Valley Motel Williamstown

This is an older style motel on outskirts of town. It is comfortable and clean and we had a great night's sleep in very comfortable beds and quiet surroundings . Room was spacious with coffee maker and frig. Good variety for breakfast. The owners are very helpful and friendly. Excellent budget choice for a road trip stop. Definitely recommend.

Right at the Mass/CT lies a gem of a motel. The place may look old, but it is recently renovated and has a dedicated staff to ensure all guest needs are met. It's extremely clean--the beds are comfortable, and the shower pressure is just right--to the point it feels like a very light massage. I appreciate the kindness and generosity they offered this thru-hiker (me) and I hope to have an opportunity to visit again, because I enjoyed my stay! If you're a thru-hiker or a family visiting the area, this is the place to be:)

I spent the night here in early June where I reserved a motel room as depicted by the photos. I knew what to expect and upon my arrival, I wasn't disappointed. I notified the owner (unknown name) that I'd be arriving late and when I arrived there around 11 pm, I was so glad the owner puts the key right out on the office's front door. I was able to get in for the night. I honestly realized that I did enjoy my stay even though the furniture did date back to the 1970s. It was a nice "flashback" and seeing what I saw nearly 40 years ago. I literally enjoyed the stay. It was so quiet at night and loved the extra soft light out the porch-it was so pleasant as I gazed upon the night sky. The hotel is old and the rooms are in rough shape, BUT the beds are comfortable and clean. I have a fear of bugs and none were to be found. Very surprisingly clean. Worth the value if it is just somewhere to lay your head for the night. Thank you for the lovely experience. Would recommend and go back to. :D

The motel is "no frills" but has all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The room is clean; the beds are comfortable; has a coffee maker/microwave/refrigerator and is doggie friendly. It is located minutes from downtown Williamstown and the price is the lowest I could find in the area. Most importantly, the woman and daughter who run the motel are absolutely lovely! I would return if I need to stay in the area again.
