Green Cove Springs Inn

A no frills no tell motel. Basic bare bones. No chairs to sit on. Really no place to hang your clothes. However the staff here is awesome! They are very attentive and respectful.

Recently stayed at the "Inn" for a few days while on a fishing trip/family visit. Friendly staff and very helpful emailing back and forth while making the reservations. Security/Handy man went out of his way to help us with parking our boat and helping us make sure we had a way to keep it charged. "Inn" is a re-vitalized roadside motor court, our room was very clean, large and comfortable with tile floors, microwave, refridge, coffee maker...plus an "electric shade". Sheets and towles were clean and shower put out good water pressure. Wide scree TV and cable. Room had a "backyard" view, which was very relaxing. I don't understand why they keep the place open if there's no workers to attend or do reservations, i called the number and a lady answered and gave me the same excuse i read on the reviews, that they don't have openings (there was only 2 cars in the parking lot and everything looked clearly empty) Lying is a very nasty action in general but is worse in hospitality business. This hotel is only 10 minutes away from my current work but i had to rent one that is 45 minutes away just because this lady doesn't want to actually work.

I came from Tallahassee Green Cove Springs all alone, and I made such a great choice to stay here. Miss Heather and her staff do such a great job at keeping the place clean and catering to the guest needs. I have saw them perform such great hospitality towards other guest that left me in shock. I told them that God has a place in heaven for people like them. We sat down many of times and held decent conversations and it made me feel like I was home. Whoever their owner, I highly recommend you getting her a raise. Sincerely, Aaron Brown.

My son paid an additional fee to his truck drivers school to stay here and the place is crawling with german cockroaches. Its unacceptable to take peoples money under false pretense and leave them in filth.
