Clay Fair Rv Park

Great location close to highway if needing to travel to Jacksonville and Gainesville and St. Augustine as all are only 1 hour away. Large clean bathhouse with 2 hot water shower stalls. Dog friendly, but please know before booking that working folks reside here, so expect their lonely fur-kids to be crying and howling for hours left alone in RV next to you. We also have a fur-kid, so we are quite use to this and it didn’t bother us too much. 1 row of sites are gravel, the rest are sandy/grass only. Sites nearly all are full sun, only trees outside of fences, so if you want “camping feel” this is not the place for you to come. This city RV park was in a great location. It was pretty quiet and the spot we got was just big enough for our 43ft rig. So all things were in working order. Tom the park manager was friendly and helpful and let us come in early because our spot became available early. There is no shelter or places to stroll or explore. But it's super handy to be just a few miles outside of town and a great layover for a few days to provision and get yourself set for a long journey. Would recommend this as a place to stop on your travels and reasonably priced.

We love staying here when in town to see the kids, grandkids, and visit our doctors. Nice and quiet. No frills but lots of blue birds to watch! It’s overall a good, safe place to stay-away from the tourists and traffic!

Wifi was wrong and 30/50amp service box was falling apart, but they skip spaces and share a post, so I used the other one, no problem. Facilities are clean so far, it's quiet and lots of space to pull in/out. There's a security gate.

Clean, quiet, and well managed. This is our 2nd week-long visit to this campground. Perfect spot to set up while establishing FL as our domicile. The campground is fenced with a coded gate entry, designate off-leash dog area, and plenty of open space to walk/exercise on the county fairgrounds. Amenities are limited but all the hookups and property is very well maintained.
