Very nice and helpful lady that owns it.Great price.

I got a weird vibe when I walked into this place. When you walk in you get a big scent of weed. So much so that we got a contract high. People there not to friendly. We walked all around that place and there was literally no staff. Someone told us there's only someone there on Friday. She only comes to collect rent. It's a great location and a historic landmark. In my opinion it should just be that. Because all the people that are there are taking away from it's value. Anyways we called the lady about a room and she never returned our phone call. Be aware that there's a stove but you aren't allowed to cook. When you walk in there's posted rules and you have to sign in.

Gray Moss Inn very old landmark of Dade City it a wonderful for place to start if you need a place to live to get back on your feet the owners of the place are wonderful and Loving peoples you become like family everyone work together to keep the place beautiful and clean and you get to be part of the Church Street Festival holidays rent fordable and light and water include great place. So give them a call if need a place to stay for little of nothing. Thanks for the help Cindy I will always appreciate it.

It's home. Not to bad on price. Great neighborhood.The people are very helpful. Catherine Payne you should know this of all people. I know for a fact she was helping you guys out . And to write a bad review?

I lived there for like 6 months or more if someone says anything bad about Grey moss it's because their hating it helped me be able to get back on my feet driving heavy equipment while paying low rent wonderful wonderful place
